“Leadership is being a servant”
In a series of short video clips and vintage photographs, Sam Walton embodies the concept of servant leadership. He’s shown in all aspects of the business, from confidently taking the stage at a giant event, to casually sitting on the floor with fellow associates to hear what’s on their minds.
“There’s absolutely no limit to what people can accomplish if they’re given the opportunity and the incentive to do their best…” Sam explains. And these video clips show how that philosophy guided him over 50 years.
